Every day, I am rewarded by the stories I hear from you. You share how EECP has changed your life and how EECP has improved the health of your father, mother, friend, and neighbor. I am empowered with your good news, and it fuels my quest to bring EECP to everyone with a heart and prevent and eradicate cardiovascular disease during my lifetime.
Since I began studying EECP in 1996, more time than any other practitioner, I have seen the positive effects of EECP on many people—from the seriously ill at the end-stage of life and those considering open-heart surgery, to elite athletes and healthy people with few disease risk factors.
My passion lies in PREVENTION of disease; that is why I created the Sara Soulati Health For Life Program to help restore the body with exercise and plant-based nutrition to optimize its natural ability to heal and prevent disease.

Sara’s Personal Journey
Sara's personal journey has been a series of obstacles she methodically navigated to move closer to her end goal.
- In 1996, Sara began treating patients with EECP working at EECP West Inc, the only clinic in the U.S. outside of Stony Brook in New York. EECP West introduced EECP treatment to Dr. Julian Whitaker. Sara treated many patients with all types of illness referred by Dr. Whitaker's practice.
- Over the next several years, Sara worked with various manufacturing companies like Nicore and Cardiomedics. In 1998, she became the leading sales person for Vasomedical and tried to open the EECP marketplace so people could receive treatment by selling the technology and educating physicians. Sara made inroads into the cardiology community educating them about the benefits of EECP. While successful, progress was slow, and in general opposition to EECP by cardiologists was high.
- In 1999, she returned to patient care as a business partner at Cardiac Renewal Centers of America, a privately held management company for 10 EECP centers in Southern California. Cardiac Renewal Centers is no longer in business.
- In 2000 Medicare established earth-shattering reimbursement guidelines that would doom the field of EECP treatment for years and halt treatmen
t advances. Sara watched as EECP was relegated to a treatment for end stage of life only AFTER traditional medicine failed. - In 2002, Sara launched Global Cardio Care® working with physician practices that deliver EECP care so people suffering from cardiovascular disease could finally get the treatment they needed. The physician clinic Sara manages is a health care destination for thousands of people to practice health every day and learn to prevent cardiovascular disease one heartbeat at a time.
